Anything that exalts itself as the 'truth' should be willing to undergo scrutiny!

My main concern is that professing people exercise their right to know what they 'actually' belong to. There are many people in the 2x2s that don't know.

For many years, I didn't know!

I was unaware, as they are unaware, of the serious implications, both to fellow mankind, and in the treating of the Words of Jesus. It didn't rest easy on my conscious, while professing, the mind numbing possibility of billions of decent folk, in “false religions,” embarking on a journey into the horrors of eternal damnation. Yet, this is a distinct possibility, if one is to believe 2x2 doctrine.

Joe wrote, “I have been on the anti-2x2 websites for 7-8 years and I am not leaving the fellowship nor would I even consider leaving it. I believe that most people that have left the fellowship because of the Internet would have left because of something else in enough time.”

It's actually not the anti-2x2. It's simply a group of people who have had the guts to leave something that is inconsistent. We're a group of people who have allowed ourselves the freedom of examining the faith that was in us. I didn't leave because of the Internet, but it certainly helped me once I did leave. I left because of various inconsistencies I observed in the “truth,” while I was still in the “truth” and long before I had access to the Internet. But, having the courage to use the Internet, in spite of stern warnings by workers, would certainly hasten the process of obtaining the truth about the “truth.”

If you ask a 2x2 what their doctrine is or what do they follow, the response is always the same learned response, “We follow the Bible and only the Bible”. 

Let us look a little deeper into the 2x2 teachings in comparison to what the Bible says.  They have the basic belief that “The Way is the only way.”  Every other church/religion is wrong and of the devil.  (Some members may deny this belief, but they wouldn’t admit it in meeting.)

Now, if “the way is the only way” and if “the way” is based strictly on the Bible, word for word, then consider the following..     (All references are from NKJV.)

Luke 9:49-50 - Now John answered and said, "Master, we saw someone casting out demons in Your name, and we forbade him because he does not follow with us." But Jesus said to him, "Do not forbid him, for he who is not against us is on our side."

Now, if 2x2 doctrine is the Bible, and if what is preached by the workers is “truth”, then the preceding verse would have to read as follows:

At this time, July 26, 2010, there has been NO response back to Sheri from Ed Alexander.

Having read countless different accounts of horrific abuse levied on hapless victims of the 2x2 system for some years now, you would think after digesting yet another tale of  wiscits (Workers in Sheep’s Clothing Imitating Truth) abuse you would fail to feel the wrenching pain in your belly.

Not so. This latest narrative chills one to the bone, and is presented with such heartfelt authenticity it serves to reiterate how imperative it is to wage spiritual warfare to expose this evil heresy.
